This choir belongs to the Domingo Zipoli Institute, founded more than 50 years. Its method is unique in Argentina, beginning music instruction for children at the age of four. It has sung with children choirs from several countries and received national and international awards.

This choir is formed by children aged 6 to 13 who audition at the schools of the city of Puerto Iguazú, host of Iguazú en Concierto. It was founded to promote art in the city and increase the cultural heritage of the region, representing it at national and international festivals.

With over 70 years of history, this children choir is one of the oldest and most famous in Brazil. Their repertoire covers from gregorian chant to contemporary music, including popular Brazilian music. The choir has performed in various international tours (through Europe, United States and Venezuela) and four performances in ceremonies headed by the Pope. Associated to the National Federation of Children Singers and the International Federacion of Pueri Singers, located in Rome, Coral Canarinhos usually performs together with great Brazilian orchestras.

It is one of the three groups that make up the Children and Youth Choir Uncuyo. Since its begining, they have developed an intense artistic activity in Mendoza, receiving several distinctions. They have also tour in different cities from Argentina and the world.

This group focuses mainly on Argentinean folklore music through choral singing since one of its main purposes is to boost national customs at the regional frontiers. The choir is constantly performing at provincial and national cultural events and folklore festivals of Argentina.
